Pricing & Payment
How much does it cost to rent a washer or dryer?
A washer or dryer rents for $60/month each. A washer & dryer set is $80/month. That's it — no hidden fees.
Are there any extra fees?
No. Delivery, installation, service, repairs, and pickup are all included at no extra charge. The only additional fee you could incur is a $10 late fee if payment is more than 5 days past due.
How do I pay?
We process recurring monthly payments securely through Stripe. You can pay with a credit card, debit card, or ACH bank transfer.
When am I billed?
Billing starts on the day your appliances are delivered and recurs monthly on that same date.
Delivery & Installation
How quickly can I get my appliances?
We often have same-week delivery available. Most deliveries are scheduled within 3-5 business days of your order.
Is delivery really free?
Yes. Delivery, installation, and testing are 100% free. We also pick up the appliances for free when you're done renting.
What do I need for hookups?
You'll need standard washer hookups (hot and cold water supply, drain) and a dryer hookup (240V outlet for electric or gas line for gas dryers). Not sure if you have the right hookups? We can check for you before delivery.
Do you do plumbing or electrical work?
No. We deliver, connect, and test the appliances, but we don't perform plumbing, electrical, vent construction, or any modifications to your home. Your hookups need to be ready before we arrive.
Do I need landlord permission?
If you're renting your home, yes — you'll need your landlord's or property manager's approval before we install. This is a requirement of our rental agreement.
Equipment & Service
Are the appliances new or used?
We provide both new and quality used appliances. Every unit is thoroughly inspected, cleaned, and tested before delivery regardless.
Can I choose a specific brand or model?
We offer top-load and front-load washers and standard and large capacity dryers. While we can't always guarantee a specific brand, we can discuss your preferences when you schedule.
What if something breaks?
Just call us! We provide free service and repairs for the life of your rental. We aim to respond within 24 hours. If we can't fix it, we'll replace it at no cost to you.
Can I swap my appliance for a different one?
Yes. If you'd like to upgrade or swap your appliance, just let us know and we'll coordinate an exchange.
Rental Terms & Cancellation
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Our standard rental is month-to-month with no long-term commitment. We also offer 6-month and 12-month terms if you prefer.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. We just ask for 30 days written notice. No cancellation fees, no penalties. We'll come pick up the appliances at no charge.
What happens if I move?
If you're moving within our service area, we can move the appliances to your new address. If you're moving outside our area, just give us 30 days notice and we'll pick them up.
Can the price change?
We can only change pricing with at least 30 days written notice, and changes apply going forward only — never retroactively. If you don't agree with a price change, you can cancel with 30 days notice.

I'm not sure if you deliver to my area. How do I check?
Just contact us with your address and we'll let you know right away. We're expanding our service area regularly.
