Can you pick up from a private seller?
Absolutely. We pick up from private sellers on Facebook Marketplace, OfferUp, Craigslist, estate sales, and more. Just give us the address and we handle the rest.
What if the appliance doesn't fit?
Before scheduling, share your space measurements with us. If we arrive and the unit won't fit safely, we'll let you know on the spot and discuss your options -- no surprise charges.
How far will you travel for pickup?
We cover the greater St. Petersburg and Tampa Bay area. Pickups within 15 miles are included in the base price. Beyond that, a small distance fee applies.
Do you test the appliance before leaving?
Yes. Every installation includes a full test cycle. We run the washer and dryer to confirm proper water flow, drainage, venting, and operation before we leave your home.
Can you remove the old appliance too?
We can. Old appliance removal is available as an add-on for $50. We'll haul it away so you don't have to deal with it.
