What kind of machines do you deliver?
Full-size, top-load washers and electric dryers — the same kind you'd find in any home. These aren't compact or portable units. They handle full household loads without any issues.
Do I need to have hookups already in my home?
Yes — you'll need standard washer hookups (hot and cold water supply, drain) and a 240V electric dryer outlet. If you're not sure what you have, send us a photo and we'll confirm before scheduling delivery.
How quickly can I get machines delivered?
In most cases, we can deliver within a few days of signing up. During busy season, it may take up to a week. We'll give you a specific delivery window when we schedule.
What happens if I only need a washer or only a dryer?
No problem. Individual machines are available at $60/month each. Whether you need just one piece or the full set, we've got you covered.
Is there a minimum commitment period?
There's a two-month minimum to cover our delivery and setup costs. After that, you're free to cancel anytime with 30 days notice. Most customers end up staying much longer because the convenience is hard to give up.
What areas do you serve?
We currently serve St. Petersburg, Pinellas Park, Seminole, Largo, Clearwater, and surrounding Pinellas County communities. If you're not sure whether you're in our delivery zone, just ask — we're expanding all the time.
